Founder, Jessica Weaver, knows all too well what the old-boy’s club is like. After working in an all-male office she quickly realized how that was stunting her career & personal growth. She started to envision what the power of surrounding herself with all women who had the same goals could look like. 

I was the only woman advisor in the firm, as well as being a working mom at that. I quickly learned that being a mom of young children, I couldn’t and wouldn’t work the same way as my male colleagues . If I did, it would mean being out every night of the week and missing my children’s bedtime. Working smarter became my motto and I’ve been able to help women more than ever, on a higher level, grow my business, and make it home for bedtime 6 nights of the week. How? Because I team up with women who add value, I constantly perfect my money strategies, and I push myself everyday to become a better advisor. The Process

If you’re ready to join WWB do note there is currently a 6-month waiting period. However, this is the perfect opportunity to start crafting your business. 

You’ve decided it’s a go officially, then you’ll pick an onboarding date and we will help you sort through the logistics of it all. Are you leaving a firm with crazy rules? Is it going to be an easy transition? We’ve seen it all.

Once the date is set, then you’ll work with our creative director, Ilissa, as well as Jessica, to decide on what direction you’re going to take your business. From there you have the option to work with the in-house creative team on the forward facing side of your business; website development, social media, all the things you could probably never do before.

When the day comes, you’ll have our amazing Rachel help you transition your clients over. You also have access to Rachel for 30 days after you transition for those backend questions that always arise. Have a direct operations manager to assist with their transition, onboarding to the new technology, and ongoing support sessions. 

Being fully on-boarded, you’ll have access to our monthly group meetings for support and training. You’ll be able to access a monthly group call with the creative team, too.

Do I brand under WWB or my own firm?

  • You get to leverage the credibility of the Women's Wealth Boutique while having your own voice! You get to have your own brand, logo, website, social media to showcase you and what you are building! We want you to shine, we encourage you to have your own brand, we even work with you to build it! Through our Creative Suite, you work with our team of branding and marketing experts to build a website, your logo, create a social media campaign, and any other digital assets. Or we can freshen up what you've already created!

What do I get from joining the WWB?

  • You are a 1099 contractor under our RIA.

Does it matter what state I am in?

  • No, our advisors are located in various states in the US. Our mission is to have an advisor in every state!

What is an RIA?

  • We have a proactive compliance team.

What are the costs associated with being on with WWB?

  • WWB receives an override to be on our platform or a flat fee based on your current AUM production.  

Are you going to give me clients?

  • Yes, we consistently receive new leads that are filtered out to our advisors. 

I’m a new advisor, is this for me?

  • Yes, you can learn the industry under one of our lead advisors, partner with another advisor, or grow your own business with a team of support, ongoing trainings, and leadership.

I’ve been an advisor for a while, is this for me?

  • If you are looking for what’s next in my career, and ready to gain exposure and credibility as a thought leader in the industry, this is for you. We help position you, give you instant credibility, and build out your network. We can assist you with preparing your book for a sale and transitioning out of the industry when that time comes.
