Camille Ledda
Camille Ledda is the Director of Operations for Women's Wealth Boutique. She has over a decade of experience in the financial service industry. She spent most of her career working in Manhattan.
Camille leads our Estate Planning Division, coordinating meetings between our attorneys and clients, notary services, and appointment preparation and follow up. She spearheads, monitors, and services the entire estate planning process from start to finish!
She is a New Jersey native that loves art and theater. When the weather is nice you can find her in The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MOMA or watching Shakespeare in Central Park.
She believes that women belong in all spaces where decisions are being made.

Ilissa Goman
Ilissa Goman is the Creative Director for Women's Wealth Boutique. She is in charge of helping advisors create their personal branding and develop marketing strategies and ideas that feel aligned to them. She also is the creative brain behind the Women Behind the Millions podcast.
Ilissa is the owner of ILISSA & Co., a strategy and implementation agency of women that takes you as a business owner from doing all the things to being the next big thing. She is a lifelong entrepreneur, minus a few years at a gas-station, and lives in upstate NY with her daughter and a gaggle of chickens + one leopard gecko.

Sarah Elia
Sarah Elia is our dedicated Client Relationship Manager and Paraplanner. With a deep-rooted passion for the financial freedom that thoughtful planning can offer, Sarah brings a wealth of experience in client services and finance, working in the financial space since 2018. Her commitment to empowering women through financial literacy is unwavering.
Sarah's educational journey is marked by excellence, having earned her B.S. in Financial Planning from Stockton University. Currently, she is furthering her academic pursuits with an MBA program at William Paterson University, cementing her dedication to continuous growth and expertise.
Residing just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Long Beach Island, Sarah thrives in the coastal ambiance, often found enjoying the beach, exploring the waters on a boat, finding zen in hot yoga sessions, or savoring the flavors of local coffee shops. As a proud dog mom to her faithful companion, Duke, Sarah embodies the spirit of balance and joy in both her professional and personal life.

PENNY RYDIN
Penny Rydin is our Administrative Assistant. She has a background in finance, real estate and retail. Having earned a B.S. in Business Management from St. John’s University and an MBA from Wagner College, she has worked at the big financial firms one of them being Goldman Sachs in NYC. Penny came to the WWB intrigued and excited that there is a place for women to transcend beyond financial limits. Financial freedom for women is attainable!
Born in Manhattan, Penny is a native of Brooklyn, NY. She grew up traveling between Brooklyn, Palm Beach, New Jersey and Norway (yes Norway). She is married with twin teenagers and currently resides in Mendham, NJ. She has lived in Morris County for the last 17 years and loves it. She is an avid equestrian and loves to hike and be outside with her three border collies. She has a passion for all animals, real estate and women achieving their goals.
